Caring for your candles

• Lighting: Wood wicks may take a bit longer to ignite, hold the lighter or match over the wick a little longer if you are having trouble.

• Burn Time: Never let your candle burn for more than 4 hours at a time.

• Wick Maintenance: Keep wicks trimmed to 1/4 inch above the solid wax. Wick clippers are great for this!

• Candle surface: Make sure the candle is burning on a level, fire resistant surface.

• Safety:

  • Never leave a candle unattended, only burn within sight.

  • Keep away from drafts and vibrations.

  • Keep out of reach of children and pets.

  • Never sleep with a candle burning.

  • Never burn your candle near clutter or flammable materials.

  • Make sure your candle is sitting on a flat surface with plenty of room.
